Well today, about 1 week after our birthday is a historic day for AniTube, we now have 10000 videos on AniTube, yes TEN THOUSAND videos O.O . We now offer over 300 anime series for streaming and that's not including all the anime movies and Jdrama :P .

Scheduled Maintenance

[SPOILER]Sometime on the 18th / 19th January , we'll be having some scheduled maintenance, I expect this to last for around 1-2 hours maximum.[/SPOILER]

For those who are curious to know what we're doing.. It's a secret ! Just don't be alarmed when we come out of maintenance ;), well I won't be suprised if a few of you already know what this maintenance is for [only active members will know :P]

Monday Oct 08/07 UPDATE

Well for some reason we were redirecting to Zone Anime, don't know why :S, when I got up this morning to check the sites it was happening. Just fixed the problem just now.I have no idea what happened :\

Also the anitube player is back and this time I hope it stays, a LOT of time was spent finding the problem out and fixing it so that it would work, it seems our player had some problems with some video servers. Well it's fixed [well I think it is :\] If a video/ videos don't work for you, put a comment here A.S.A.P and i'll go back to the drawing board XD

First I'd like to say, If a video isn't loading for you after waiting for 20 seconds, please press the report button and state if it's only

that video in the anime that isn't working, or every video of that series. That way we can delete the dead videos and reupload them.

If no one reports it, WE DON'T KNOW its dead. Also due to technical problems , I've disabled our player, so now you see it as a normal embedded player.

Ok, well first i'm going to start with MegaVideo, speeds have been lousy, so I decided to go and complain to megavideo about it :) Seeing as most of our videos are hoster by them o_O , here's there reply :) :

So hopefully we'll be seeing to fairly slow loading times get better ^_^. Other things, I'm still looking for people to help out o_O, I can't keep uploading at this speed all the time :/ Also my uploads will be better quality now :), some of my uploads had fairly lousy quality, the original upload file was lousy quality p [E.g : Battle Programmer Shirase]. Anyways, no need to fear about the quality anymore.
